The Hybernite Comfort Breathing Tube System is the ideal solution to effectively prevent condensation in the CPAP tube. If no integrated heated tube is available for your sleep therapy device, this external system offers a reliable and universally applicable alternative. Thanks to the integrated tube heating, the therapy air remains consistently warm, which significantly reduces the formation of moisture ("rainout"). This not only increases comfort but also prevents unpleasant noises and promotes stable CPAP therapy – especially in cool rooms or with high humidification.
According to the manufacturer Plastiflex, the Hybernite Comfort System is compatible with almost all common sleep therapy devices that have a 22 mm tube connection without a pressure measurement tube. These include:
For Weinmann SOMNOcomfort 2, SOMNObalance, SOMNOsoft 2, an additional adapter is required, which is available separately.
Important Note When using the system with a System One Humidifier, the "System One Humidification" function must be deactivated to achieve optimal results. The system consumes 18 W of power and is operated according to the manufacturer's specifications.
The Hybernite Comfort Breathing Tube System offers a simple, effective, and cross-device compatible solution for warm, condensation-free CPAP therapy air – night after night.

Reviews
CPAP therapy delivers a continuous stream of pressurized air through a mask to keep the airways open during sleep.
Regular use of a CPAP device can improve sleep quality, reduce daytime sleepiness, lower blood pressure, and decrease the risk of heart disease.
Common side effects include a stuffy nose, dry mouth, and discomfort when wearing the mask. These can usually be remedied by correct adjustment and proper humidity settings.
Clean your mask, tubing, and humidifier tub weekly with mild soap and warm water. Replace filters and components according to manufacturer specifications.
